Oil Leaking From Rocker Cover

Oil Leaking From Rocker Cover. There appears to be oil leaking out of the top part of the engine, the oil appears to come from the part where the top of the engine joins the main engine block. Does anyone know where i can get a new rocker cover and seal?

However, there appears to be a lot. A couple of weeks ago i noticed that one of the rocker covers was leaking oil so i changed gaskets on both sides. Only parts replaced are covered by a warranty.

I've been chasing some oil leaks recently, and last weekend replaced the rocker cover gasket and cleaned up the top end with degreaser. I've also used joint sealants along with the gasket.

I notice oil leaking from/on the rear cylinder that i used to think was from the rocker cover gasket and also the blowby from the intake. Locate the source of the oil leak.

I simply undid the 2 screws that hold the seals in and removed them by sliding a small flat blade screwdriver. Ive just replaced them on my d2 and you have to remove the intake to get the inner ones, also you need a 12 point 8mm 1/4 inch drive to fit in the narrow slot in the rocker covers.

Hi and thanks for the reply, sorry i had a new gasket fitted, but on closer inspection yesterday it looks as though the rocker cover has warped out slightly by the where the wiring harness goes into the engine, as though there is pressure pushing it out, are there any pipes that could block up in the head area that would cause.
